“Why would God let me burn in Hell because I refuse to accept Jesus? How Cruel!”

I saw the above question on a website and I thought ” Wow! valid question”. I bet so many people think God is unfair and just plain cruel.Although,  you are entitled to your opinion, please indulge me for a  few minutes.

Imagine , you build a machine that looks, thinks and feels just like yourself except that this machine is under the control of your mind. Then after  some time of serving its purpose of being your buddy,   it malfunctions and breaks free from your control and begins to engage in  serial killing of the neighbour’s pets. The first thing to do, will be to think of ways to fix the problem ASAP  because surely you wouldn’t want the investments of time,money and energy to go to waste. Then perhaps  after trying to fix the robot for two years consistently, you resign to destroying the robot and starting all over again.

Do you see where I am going with my story?

Well, here is the deal;

This is the  story of mankind and God without the mind-control bit.

God whom I like to call to Father, is an investor. A friend of mine explained it like this;

For God loved the world (His Motive)  in this way:He gave His One and Only Son (Capital), so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life( Profit).- John 3:16

He created YOU to  be His family , for His pleasure even though you have a will. Your will should be turned back to Him! He gave it to you anyway. When a human being that God has created “malfunctions”, He tries to get the person’s attention, for instance, this blog you are reading is a method to get your attention, the beautiful design  and orderliness  of planet Earth and the universe are techniques to get your attention.

When He tries to get your attention repeatedly and you just refuse to be “fixed”, He therefore  has no alternative but to respect your choice of wanting  to live without Him because He surely is  gentle and cannot force Himself on you.

Intriguingly, God already had a plan B from the beginning incase mankind “malfunctioned” which we did. God loved us so much that HE WAS THE PLAN B FOR OUR SALVATION. He came as Jesus Christ and sorted out the mess we created.

Hence we now need Jesus to be saved from existing in eternity without God (THE CREATOR OF MANKIND) in a place called Hell.

But God proves His own love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us!– Romans 5:8

The above  my  dear friend, is the reason  why a person will go to hell without accepting Jesus as Lord and Saviour.

If you are not dead yet, God is giving you a chance to be fixed so that you are not thrown in the “junk yard” (Hell).

Basically, you need Jesus!
