I remember a time when I use to think that the Christian’s life should be perfect. No battles to work through but instead just be singing ‘kumbaya’ as you walk through life 😂. What a fallacy!

God did not promise us an easy life. What He promised us is victory. He also promised that He will be with us and never ever leave.

Now this is what the Lord says — the One who created you, Jacob, and the One who formed you, Israel — “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine. I will be with you when you pass through the waters, and when you pass through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. You will not be scorched when you walk through the fire, and the flame will not burn you.
Isaiah 43:1‭-‬2 (HCSB)

This frankly is our confidence. That no matter what He allows to come our way, He – our loving Father- is with us through it all. Oh what a blessing it is to know God personally 😊.. Thank you Lord Jesus for making the way to Him.

So if you don’t know Jesus personally, this is a good place to mention that you need Him and life is really just impossible without Him. Forget what you see on social media. The devil is busy wrecking lives and sadly people don’t even know who to blame. They think it is God. God is a good loving Father that wants a personal relationship with you which will only happen when you invite Him into your life through Jesus. A personal relationship is not the same as religion. Religion is very boring but a relationship is so interesting and alive.. You really should consider. Think about it.
