God’s word is there to give us guidance. Infact, many times God will strengthen and encourage you through His word first. This is why you should read your Bible everyday. Not on Sunday in church. You won’t struggle so much if you hear Him talk to you every day.
Besides how would you feel if your spouse, child or friend only spoke to you when they needed your help?
“Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, The Holy One of Israel:
“I am the Lord your God,
Who teaches you to profit,
Who leads you by the way you should go.Oh, that you had heeded My commandments!
Then your peace would have been like a river,
And your righteousness like the waves of the sea”. Isaiah 48:17-18(NKJV)
