Meet Favour Adebowale
Favour Adebowale is a Christian, wife, mother, YouTuber,Author and Podcaster. After experiencing her own mental health struggles, she felt compelled to help and strengthen members of the body of Christ in their battles of the mind through her YouTube channel, books, and speaking engagements.
She hosts the daily bite with Jesus podcast as well as leads the Saltlight Community—a group of people who love Jesus, seek to be like Him, and aim to raise people who reflect Him, knowing that we have been bought with a price.
