How to get rid of feelings of frustration and near depression

You will agree with me that life is a marathon and not a sprint therefore sometimes we get to rocky places in the journey. Those times are usually very uneasy and uncomfortable, so here are a few tips to deal with those emotions as they come.

First  you must  receive  Jesus to be your personal lord and saviour. This will disallow Satan from using your mind as his play ground. Satan doesn’t want you to be happy and he hates you.  He wants you frustrated and living as a loser but God has only good plans for you. So if you haven’t received the life of Jesus Christ, you need to immediately.

Secondly,  it is important to understand  that they are only feelings.  All you are feeling is just a feeling.  It has nothing to do with reality.  Life is good,  you are living and you will be fine😊

You must also understand that it is not God’s will for you to be depressed. God wants you to be full of joy and hope. “Oh, the joys of those who do not follow the advice of the wicked,or stand around with sinners,or join in with mockers. But they delight in the law of the Lord,meditating on it day and night. They are like trees planted along the riverbank,bearing fruit each season.
Their leaves never wither,and they prosper in all they do”.(Psalm 1:1-3 NLT) 

Also,  you must shift the focus from yourself to others. So for example:I was falling into severe frustration because I felt I was alone and it was all about me but when I decided to help others and look out for other people, there wasn’t even anytime to think about how “sad” my life was.

To conclude, love God and love people.  There will surely be no time and space for those negative emotions.  ^“But first and most importantly seek (aim at, strive after) His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right—the attitude and character of God], and all these things (including Joy)  will be given to you also”.(Matthew 6:33AMP,emphasis mine)
