The life that is not yours

Hi Fam,

My apologies for being away for so long.

Do you know that you are not expected to live your life on your own?

But Favour, you just said “my life”,

Yes, it is your life in the sense that you are living  but you didn’t create yourself. You are not your innovation.  Someone created you and He alone can provide you with information on how to live.

You cannot just wake up and decide you want to engage in a business without knowing if it is part of the plan.

Did I hear you say “but nobody is in control of life”?

Yes, absolutely! No one but Jesus is and the interesting thing is that you can be aware of His plan for your life.Related image

See, God Himself who cannot lie has said that :

For I know the plans I have for you”—this is the Lord’s declaration—“plans for your welfare, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope[1]

I chose you before I formed you in the womb;I set you apart before you were born[2]

So he has good plans and He does not want you to be blind about these plans. The information however, will come as a result of your relationship with Him.

Forget about everything you have heard for a minute, close your eyes and think about why you exist? I am guessing you most likely have no answer.

Well, the reason is because only Jesus can inform you about why you exist! You need Him dear.

All things were created through Him, and apart from Him not one thing was created. That has been created. Life was in Him and that life was the light of men.[3]

You need to receive the life of Jesus and allow Him inform you about His purpose for you. I promise that your life will have meaning afterwards.

“The will of God is not something you add to your life. It’s a course you choose. You either line yourself up with the Son of God…or you capitulate to the principle which governs the rest of the world.”― Elisabeth Elliot

You are loved and highly long for,

Favour
